The customer’s personal account is an identifier that is used to pay for the services used by the customer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For convenience of calculations, the system supports the creation of an unlimited number of personal accounts for one customer. Each personal account has its own balance and a set of products and services linked to this account.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

When a new customer is added to the system, a personal account is not created automatically. This must be done manually in the laying of “Personal accounts” in his profile.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

When you click on the “+ Add” button, a personal account will be created automatically, as well as using it to create additional personal accounts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To go inside the personal account, click on it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

All customer’s personal accounts are stored in the “Personal accounts” section for quick access to them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To go to the page of a specific personal account, click on it in the general list.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The personal account page contains information about the balance status, as well as a list of Applications, Services and Periodic services linked to this account with the possibility of adding new ones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
