Number pools are formed by the Administrator from the customer’s phone numbers<\/a> and are used for mass mailings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Numbers pool are created and stored in the \u201cNumbers pool\u201d section.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Set the filters to refine your request, then click “Apply”.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To add a new number pool, click the \u201c+ Add\u201d button in the upper right corner of the page.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

When creating a new pool, give it an arbitrary Name<\/strong>, specify the Pool type<\/strong> and Customer<\/strong> to which this pool will be linked. When the setting is activated, the Global<\/strong> Pool being created will be available to all customers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Supported types of number pools:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Pool type<\/th>Description<\/th><\/tr><\/thead>
Carousel \u2014 Sequentially<\/td>during calls\/mailings, the system will use the numbers in the order in which they are set by the pool<\/td><\/tr>
Carousel \u2014 Random order<\/td>during calls\/mailings, the system will use a random number order<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

After the new pool is created, add the numbers to it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Use the controls to add phone numbers to the pool:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The second way to create a pool of numbers is to upload a pre-prepared file with phone numbers to the system.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In order to create a new pool in this way, click on “+ Add from file”.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the form that opens, fill in the fields in the same way as the previous method and attach .csv or .xls file with numbers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Next, mark up the file, similar to how it is done when downloading a file with a “Distribution lists<\/a>” and click “Save”.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

After downloading the file, you will see the downloaded numbers in the \u201cCorrect numbers\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Next to it there will be a tab “Incorrect numbers” with numbers containing errors (Suppose that instead of a number there was some word in the file line).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To make corrections to the wrong number, click on it and edit it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Click “Save”.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
