To create a list, open editor and create a new table. Fill the cells of the first line of the table with headlines. They will match with the values of variables of the call scenarios. Then place the data which matches with the names of the headlines.<\/p>\n\n\n\n After all the data is submitted save the file in Excel or csv format.<\/p>\n\n\n\n To upload the distribution list to the system push the button \u201cAdd\u201d on the page \u201cDistribution lists\u201d. You can access the page with the lists through the folder \u201cDistribution lists\u201d in the left menu of personal account.<\/p>\n\n\n\n <\/p>\n\n\n\n In the opened form type the name of the new list, commentary (if you want to) and add your file with the list.<\/p>\n\n\n\n After you add a file, you must specify \u201cFile upload parameters\u201d, so the system could operate with it correctly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Parameter \u201cSkip first line\u201d is activated by default. If the line in your file contains the names of columns leave the parameter activated. If the first line in the file contains phone numbers, deactivate the parameter. On this stage you will also need to specify the names of the columns, if the cells with the names are empty.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Then you will have to specify the columns of the list which contain phone numbers. You will have to check the box on the column which contains the phone numbers. The name of the column will automatically change to \u201cPhone Numbers\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The preparation of the file for uploading is finished with the \u201cNumbers processing parameters\u201d parameter and \u201cDelete numbers duplicates\u201d parameter activated by default. The check mark indicates that during the uploading and processing of the file with the distribution list the system will automatically delete all the lines which contain duplicates. Remove the check mark if such function is not necessary.<\/p>\n\n\n\n After the finishing of all the preparatory operations push the \u201csave\u201d button. The system will start uploading the file to the server.<\/p>\n\n\n\n To access the created distribution list choose it on the \u201cDistribution list\u201d page.<\/p>\n\n\n\n <\/p>\n\n\n\n The page \u201cDistribution list\u201d contains:<\/p>\n\n\n\n The Subscribers tab contains a list of all the numbers in this list. Here you can Add, Change or Delete any phone number.<\/p>\n\n\n\n To add a phone number to the list, click on \u00ab+Add number\u00bb. In the form that opens, enter the phone number and data for all other fields corresponding to the structure of your list. Click save.<\/p>\n\n\n\n To delete or edit the phone number or data from another cells click on it in the phone numbers list and make the necessary changes in the opened window.<\/p>\n\n\n\n To delete the distribution list from the system, access it through the \u201cDistribution list” page and click the \u201cDelete\u201d button in upper right corner of the page.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Distribution list is the data source which is used for outgoing call campaigns.
