If you do so the system will automatically identify a subscriber\u2019s gender via artificial intelligence technologies at this point of a scenario.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This block has three possible outputs (results of the identification):<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li><strong>\u2018Male\u2019<\/strong> (the system identified a male voice);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>\u2018Female\u2019<\/strong> (the system identified a female voice);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>\u2018?\u2019 <\/strong>(the system could not identify a subscriber\u2019s gender).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>100% gender determination is not guaranteed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The gender can be determined:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol>\n<li>By voice;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>By full name.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><a href=\"https:\/\/docs.cpaas.mittoapi.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/gender-2.png\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"280\" height=\"157\" src=\"https:\/\/docs.cpaas.mittoapi.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/gender-2.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-2768\"\/><\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>When selecting a definition by FULL name from a variable, its contents are analyzed, including the full name, surname and patronymic or first name.
