For outgoing scenarios, there is an option to conduct testing immediately after the constructed scenario is saved. To do this, click the «Scenario test» button below the scenario title:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the opened tab in the \u2018A number\u2019 field enter a phone number that will be used in a testing as a \u2018caller\u2019 and in the \u2018B number\u2019 field enter a phone number that will receive a call, then click the \u2018Test\u2019 button:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In case your scenario has variables, enter the values for all of them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

After all the necessary fields are filled in, click on the \u201cTest\u201d button, after which a call will be received to the specified \u201cB \u2014 number\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Clear unallocated voice answers<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Undistributed responses are those that have not yet been processed or assigned in the system. Before deleting the application, you must first clear the undistributed responses, if any, to ensure the proper removal of the application.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If the script you want to delete has undistributed responses, you need to clear them first before deleting the application.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To do this, click the ‘Clear unallocated voice answers’ button. This button is active when undistributed responses for the given application (script) are detected in the system.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If the ‘Clear Undistributed Responses’ button is inactive (greyed out and unclickable), it means that there are no undistributed responses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In this case, you can safely delete the application without any additional actions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
