Media library

The media library is used for uploading and storing files used in scripts in mp3 and WAV format.

You can not only upload, but also play, rename and delete previously uploaded files.

To go to the Media Library, click on the item of the same name in the “Outgoing Campaigns” section in the main menu of your personal account.

File Upload

In order to upload the Media Library file, click on the “Upload file” button in the upper right corner of the screen.

In the modal window that opens, click on the grey area with the heading “Add”.

Then select the file to upload on your device and click “Save”.

The uploaded file will appear in the file list.

Please note that the system downloads and works only with MP3 and WAV files. If you try to download a file in a different format, the download will fail.

File playing

To listen to a file, click on it in the file list. After that, the file will be added to the player. Then click on the play button.

File renaming

To rename a file, click on the pencil icon to the right of the file name.

Change the file name at your desire and click on the check mark, or on the Enter key on the keyboard.

Please note that renaming the file will not disrupt the operation of those scenarios in which this file is used.

File deleting

To delete a file from the Library, click on the trash icon and confirm the deletion.

Before deleting the file, make sure that it is not used in any of the scenarios.

Folder creation

The media library allows you to organize the storage of files in folders. This is convenient if you need the videos for one scenario to be stored together.

To create a folder, click on the “New Folder” button in the upper right corner of the screen. Then enter a name for it and click “Save”.

Please note that it is possible to create only first-level folders. Creating folders inside folders is not supported.

Currently, the ability to move already uploaded files to a folder is also not supported. Adding files to folders is possible only through Uploading a new file to the server.

To upload a file directly to a folder, go to it and click on “Upload file”.
