Age

The “Age” block is used to determine the age of the subscriber during the call.

This block contains six branches, each of which covers a certain age range:

1. children aged from birth to 12 years old;
2. teenagers from 13 to 17 years old;
3. young and adult people from 18 to 49 years old;
4. a group of people from 50 to 59 years old;
5. older people who have reached the age of 60 and older;
6. It is provided for cases when the age of the subscriber cannot be unambiguously determined. Such a branch may include options such as ‘undefined’ or ‘skip’.

100% age determination is not guaranteed.

This block allows for the creation of different branches in the script corresponding to the subscriber’s age, if necessary for the logic of the scenario.
