Scenario testing

You can test out the outgoing scenarios right after you save it. To do this click the ‘Scenario Testing’ button under its name:

In the opened tab in the ‘A number’ field enter a phone number that will be used in a testing as a ‘caller’ and in the ‘B number’ field enter a phone number that will receive a call, then click the ‘Test’ button:

In case your scenario has variables, enter the values for all of them.

After you fill all the fields click the ‘Test’ button and the B number will receive a call.

Clear unallocated voice answers

Undistributed responses are those that have not yet been processed or assigned in the system. Before deleting the application, you must first clear the undistributed responses, if any, to ensure the proper removal of the application.

If the script you want to delete has undistributed responses, you need to clear them first before deleting the application.

To do this, click the ‘Clear unallocated voice answers’ button. This button is active when undistributed responses for the given application (script) are detected in the system.

If the ‘Clear Undistributed Responses’ button is inactive (greyed out and unclickable), it means that there are no undistributed responses.

In this case, you can safely delete the application without any additional actions.
