Segments

Segments are a way to classify customers into groups or categories based on specific characteristics or activities.

Each of these segments represents a separate category of customers with particular needs, characteristics, or features.

Information about the segments is available in the personal account under the “General” section. This section contains a list of created segments.

To add a new segment, click on the “+ Add” button in the upper right corner of the page.

In the form that opens, specify:

1. Name (required field);
2. Color label (required field);
3. Comment (optional).

Click “Save”.

Choosing a color from the palette:

To delete a segment or change the “Name” and/or “Color Label,” select it from the list of segments and make the necessary changes in the opened window. Please note the following limitations and possibilities:

  1. Only unique names can be added (duplication is not allowed);
  2. You can only delete a segment that is not used by any customers;
  3. When making changes, you can change the color label, add a comment, or modify the name by adding or removing words.
