Numbers pool

Number pools are formed by the Administrator from the customer’s phone numbers and are used for mass mailings.

Numbers pool are created and stored in the “Numbers pool” section.

To add a new numbers pool, click on the “+ Add” button in the upper right corner of the page.

When creating a new pool, give it an arbitrary Name, specify the Pool type and Customer to which this pool will be linked. When the setting is activated, the Global Pool being created will be available to all customers.

Supported types of number pools:

Pool type	Description
Carousel — Sequentially	during calls/mailings, the system will use the numbers in the order in which they are set by the pool
Carousel — Random order	during calls/mailings, the system will use a random number order

After the new pool is created, add the numbers to it.

Use the controls to add phone numbers to the pool:

The second way to create a pool of numbers is to upload a pre-prepared file with phone numbers to the system.

In order to create a new pool in this way, click on “+ Add from file”.

In the form that opens, fill in the fields in the same way as the previous method and attach .csv or .xls file with numbers.

Next, mark up the file, similar to how it is done when downloading a file with a “Distribution lists” and click “Save”.

After downloading the file, you will see the downloaded numbers in the “Correct numbers”.

Next to it there will be a tab “Incorrect numbers” with numbers containing errors (Suppose that instead of a number there was some word in the file line).

To make corrections to the wrong number, click on it and edit it.

Click “Save”.

The number brought to the correct form in this way will automatically move from the “Incorrect numbers” tab to the “Correct numbers” tab.
