Stop lists By B-numbers
Stop lists are used to block sending mailings to the specified subscriber numbers. Customers have the opportunity to create their own stop lists in their personal account. The number of numbers added to the stop list is unlimited.
In turn, the system Administrator can see all the numbers that were added by customers to their stop lists. In addition, the administrator can independently add/remove numbers in the stop lists of customers.
To manage stop lists, go to the “By B-numbers” item located in the “Stop lists” section.
To add a number to the stop list, click on “+ Add”.
In the window that opens, specify the phone number to be blocked.
If the specified number should be blocked for all customers, then leave the “Global” setting in the “Yes” position. If the number should be blocked for a specific customer, set the setting to “No” and select the desired customer from the drop-down list. Also, if desired, you can specify the reason for stoplisting the number.
If the number needs to be temporarily blocked, then specify the number of hours of blocking in the “For a period (h)” field. After the specified time, the number will be automatically deleted from the stop list.
In cases where you need to block a number for only one specific app, after selecting the Customer in the “App” field that appears, specify this app. If it is planned that the number should be blocked for all customer apps, then leave this field empty.
Click “Save”. From this moment on, the number will be blocked and will appear in the general list of blocked numbers.
In order to remove a number from the blacklist, find it in the general list (use filters). Click on it, and on the page that opens, click “Delete”. A massive list cleanup is also available. You can use filters to delete numbers for a specific counterparty and application.
